Of course its going to be a good year. Doom 3 will be spooky, Half-Life 2 will be incrediable, and perhaps Halo (for PC) will still be fun (at least multiplayer Halo will be fun I think...although HL2 will probably kick ass multiplayer). Of course the graphics for both Doom 3 and HL2 are awesome but I find it funny some sites (AHEM..Gamestop) are saying HL2 graphics are just 'good'. I think HL2 look quite realistic (that city and jail scene look almost real). In the end the lighting effects for Doom 3 will probably make it the winner. I'll guessing for spooky graphics Doom 3 wins and for outdoor/huge rooms HL2 wins. But something is missing...sure all of these games are fun, but they are not really 'funny'. Thats where Armed and Dangerous comes in. Its by the same team that made MDK and Giants and from the trailer I saw off the website (see link above), it look its going to be halarious and very fun to play. I'm look forward to this game as much as Doom 3 and HL2. Of course RTS seems to be dead this year (another year of no good RTS...what a suprise) but something has gotta show up sooner or later. You can ask BLuD or Vgod if you want a more comprehensive list that includes a zillion other games.
